Fashion's Top Players Out In Force For Scottish Fashion Awards

Fashion's top players in the UK, and those Scots who have made their mark overseas, united in Glasgow last night for the Scottish Fashion Awards at the Crowne Plaza hotel and Clyde Auditorium.
Joining the fashion glitterati were numerous celebrities all celebrating their love for Scottish designers, brands and fabrics.

Tallia Queen of Scots

With some of the UK's most glamourous people in attendance; including Alexa Chung and Karen Gillan (who won Scottish Icon of the Year), it was 13-year old singer (and daughter of the event's organiser Tessa Hartmann) who stole the show.

Fresh from supporting Elton John on tour the previous evening, Tallia mesmerised the red carpet attendees in a sweeping Corrie Nielsen tartan skirt and rigid white blouse. Her stiff 'Mary Queen of Scots' collar, and bouffant hair by Taylor Fergusson, gave her an air of royalty.

Scottish actress Louise Linton, who has made her mark in America, also looked stunning in a slick high ponytail and elegant pleated white dress with textured panels. Louise was delighted to be home from the United States, and looked every inch the Hollywood starlet.

Celebrities Galore

Chelsea came to Glasgow as Millie Mackintosh and Oliver Proudlock from Channel 4's hit show 'Made In Chelsea' walked the red carpet. Millie wore a midnight blue dress by Supertrash with killer Christian Louboutin heels.

Dionne Bromfield also attracted a lot of attention in a cute blue-fringed dress by Scottish designer Holly Fulton.

Hollywood celebrity stylist Derek Warburton rocked the red carpet in a Lawrence of Arabia-esqe turban and an array of jeweled rings. His nails had a black caviar manicure and looked amazing!
